The FSM 5K is the primary annual fundraiser for the Faith Support Ministry, a subsidiary of Faith Cancer Support of Cabot, Inc.a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We offer prayer, encouragement and financial support to individuals suffering with cancer. This year 20% of the registration fees will benefit Arkansas Children's Hematology/Oncology Unit.
